At Title MTB, we are committed to providing the highest quality components for your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Verify Condition

Ensure all components are in their original, uninstalled condition and packaged in the original Title MTB branded box with all hardware included.

Initiate Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
